A while ago, I was asked to create a biography for a man who had a very interesting and successful life. Fortunately for his family, he had kept journals throughout his life. His family asked that I hurry, because they wanted everyone in the family to receive a copy of this beautiful book for Christmas. Shortly before the book was finished, this man became ill. We were able to finish the book and he was able to see it shortly before he died.
Imagine if the family didn’t have that wonderful gift…the story of his life. Now, his children’s children will be able to read about what a great man their ancestor was.
I began to think of my own parents and how much I will miss by not knowing their story. Sadly, the old adage “it’s never too late” doesn’t apply.
Thus, Your Story Preserved was born. It is our wish to help provide this wonderful gift to families.
